Accessibility

VEWO wants everyone to be able to use our website and client portal, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

The standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

• Text meets WCAG contrast ratios.
• Every page works with a keyboard, shows a visible focus outline, and has a “Skip to main content” link.
• Pages use real headings, landmarks and labels, and images have text alternatives.
• Animations are turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• We test pages with automated tools and by hand when we change them.

Known limitations

• Our intake forms are provided by Airtable and embedded on our pages. We don't control their accessibility. If one gives you trouble, email us and we will take your answers another way.
• Some charts in blog posts are images. The text around each chart describes its main point.
• The client portal is being reviewed against the same standard.
